Lebanon, PA- 42-year-old male has died after emergency crews respond to a water rescue in Jonestown Sunday, Pennsylvania State Police reported.
State police, along with local fire and EMS agencies, responded at 5:23 p.m. to the Swatara Creek just north of Jonestown Road for a water rescue. Officials received reports there were multiple individuals struggling in the water, according to a news release.
Upon arrival on scene, troopers safely extricated two individuals from the water. Meanwhile, fire crews were able to utilize rescue boats to remove two more people from the water.

Penn State Life Lion EMS transported the woman to the Hershey Medical Center, where officials say she is in critical condition.
A 23-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man were also involved in Sunday’s incident, according to officials. They were transported to to Hershey Medical Center by First Aid and Safety Patrol for treatment of minor injuries.
