Q’Hubo News now has it’s own app! For the longest time we have been wanting to launch an app and now we can finally say we have one! Creating and going through the process has been a learning experience but we now can say it is available in the Apple Store! For those who are not team Apple, we will be available very soon on Android platforms. Bare with us as we continue to improve our brand and create, curate and promote better content for you all.
Having to go back and forth with the team that is helping us create and other projects, going through the app crashing and not working at all to finally working feels like an accomplishment. We never imagined as a publication that in less than a year we would be in a place like this. “Creating an app is not an easy process, there are so many details and little things to consider, things like coding and so on” Said Amaury Abreu, co-founder of the newspaper. “People are using apps more than ever before and we felt the need to be one of those who were part of the movement of companies that are becoming more accesible through mediums like these” Amaury said in regards to why Q’Hubo News decided to launch this.
The next step of the app is to make it bilingual as it is mostly in English right now ” We are working on developing a feature where those who mainly speak Spanish can read and understand all the components of the app” said Amaury, “Our website is currently available in multiple languages but not our app and that will change”.

In our app people will be able to have our content directly in their phones, we will also have a business directory coming soon and other perks that we will be adding.
