ECS HEADQUARTERS MOVES TO FLIGHTPATH SPORTS PARK
ECS, a commercial cleaning service in the Mid-Atlantic area headquartered in Annville, PA, will move its offices to the Flightpath Sports Park. This new Corporate Support Center, that recently broke ground in September, will have 22,000 square feet and open in summer of 2023.
Dave Ober, President/CEO of ECS states, “Our new Corporate Support Center will allow us to further serve our customers and build our incredible team of employees. We have been proud to call Central Pa our home for over 30 years and this facility will further solidify us in the local community and provide new employment and growth opportunities.”
ECS, currently is headquartered on Route 934 in Annville, and has offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Amsterdam, New York; Bethel, Pennsylvania; South Boston, Virginia; and Orlando, Florida. Even though the branches of ECS reach out to multiple states, their roots hail in Central PA. They also have warehouse distribution labor support and locally provides residential carpet cleaning and power washing services.
According to HR Weaver President and Owner Chad Weaver, the pre-engineered steel building from American Buildings has been custom designed in-house by the H R Weaver team and will feature 17 offices, 2 conference rooms and have a large open work area. In addition, an inviting Welcome Center is designed with a large glass curtain wall to entice visitors, vendors and clients to come inside.
“We’re excited to have this to opportunity to work with ECS Owner Dave Ober and his ECS team. Not only is the building going to be functional and efficient, but it will also be attractive,” added Weaver. “While working through the design process we came to realize how much Dave takes his employees into consideration while making all the decisions about the construction. Flightpath Sports Park is proud to have them join the other businesses that call this Park home.”

When looking for a support center headquarters it was very important to me to keep our business local, since this is where our family-owned business grew up.”
