MT. GRETNA, PA – Stampeding elephants! Raging typhoons! Runaway trains! Join fearless adventurer Phileas Fogg (Dan Fenaughty) and his faithful sidekick, Passepartout (Amy Griffin) as they race to beat the clock and circle the globe in an unheard-of 80 days. Danger, romance, and comic surprises abound in this whirlwind of a show traversing seven continents in Mark Brown’s adaptation of one of the greatest adventures of all time.
Director Randall Frizado says, “Someone is always ripping off a mustache, putting on a hat, or climbing around the set somewhere. This production is unlike any other you will see. It is fast paced, silly, zany, full of a number of great theatrical gags, while telling this fun adventurous tale, in an original way. There is something for everyone in this exciting production.”
The talented production team includes William Mohney (Scenic), Paul Black (Lighting), Johnathan Shuey (Resident Sound), Emily Overmeyer (Costume), Colin Sass (Projection), and Doré Weaver (Props). The cast of Asha Devi, Gale Brennan, and Andrew Kindig join Fenaughty and Griffin in tackling almost 40 roles.
