An 18-year-old teenager, who left an unsecured and loaded gun in reach of his 4-year-old brother who picked it up off his nightstand and accidentally shot himself in the head, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and other-related charges in November. Though he was sentenced to house arrest and five years of probation on Tuesday.
