The conversation will provide an opportunity for a candid dialogue about efforts to promote transparency, accountability, and rule of law in communities around the globe.. The Department of State and Transparency International are co-hosting this year’s IACC in Washington, D.C., December 6-10.. Thousands of participants from civil society, international organizations, the business community, and governments around the globe will gather in-person and virtually to focus on this year’s theme of “Uprooting Corruption: Defending Democratic Values.”.
