Today, Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor of the United States, held talks with Henrik Landerholm, the security advisor for Sweden’s Prime Minister. The two sides went over the interconnections and extensive collaboration between the United States and Sweden, such as during Sweden’s current leading role in the Council of the European Union. Mr. Sullivan stressed the US’s dedication to bringing Sweden and Finland into the NATO Union and working closely with them to fight off any potential risks to our security, and to ward off or challenge any form of hostility or danger. The White House was the initial source for the account of National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan’s discussion with Swedish National Security Advisor Henrik Landerholm.
