LEBANON COUNTY, PA: On September 8, 2022, United Way of Lebanon County is hosting an ALICE Townhall at One West Main in Palmyra. ALICE stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, and Employed. 27% of Lebanon County households fall into the ALICE population, meaning that they work, yet still do not earn enough to support their families.
